BLS Asphalt began in 1978 as a division of Bruce’s Landscaping. In late 2021, Phil Bergen, Seamus Carroll and Brent Smith purchased BLS from the Short family. BLS Asphalt (2021) Ltd. will operate as an integral part of the Bergen Group of Companies.
In addition to an impressive line of equipment, we have our own state of the art Asphalt Plant in Regina. This ensures us of a steady material supply.
